Whether it's a scene coming together on a film set or a client's workflows clicking into place, the goal is the same: that magic moment where everything runs in perfect harmony and you can finally breathe a little easier.

The Through Line

My career started behind the camera — building multi-camera arrays for helicopters, operating drones on films like Black Panther, and solving technical problems on sets around the world.

On a film set, when everything clicks, you can feel it. The crew finds their rhythm, the shot comes together, and for a moment everything's running in perfect harmony.

That's the feeling I chase in consulting too. I design systems so that people can find flow — so they can breathe a little easier and focus on what actually matters.

Background

Hi, I'm Rob Weidner. I've spent my career blending entrepreneurial expertise with a deep technical skillset. My background in aerial cinematography allowed me to capture stunning visuals from unique perspectives, working with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Disney, Marvel, Apple TV, Rivian, and Porsche.

But my passion for innovation led me to found several successful ventures:

  • Film Gear South Africa – An e-commerce platform that thrived for seven years
  • Kelvin Corner – A co-working space that became a hub for creativity and collaboration
  • StreamVT – A pioneering video streaming company that bonded multiple internet sources to deliver zero-latency, high-definition video streams globally (successfully exited)

I've lived and worked in South Africa for 7 years, spent time in the Middle East, and am currently based in Austin, TX. International business is incredibly fascinating to me, and I find myself constantly drawn to opportunities that sit at the cutting edge of innovation.

My expertise spans project management, technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and strategic planning. I excel in operations management, client relations, and leadership, making me a versatile partner for any business challenge.
