A typical first engagement is three months.

The fee is $9,500 per month. It includes one 90-minute executive operating session each week and asynchronous decision support throughout the business week. I use AI to extend the work between sessions through research, analysis, decision support, and fast prototypes.

You do not need a finished brief or a perfect metric. Give me enough context to understand where the work is stuck and what a better outcome would look like.
